Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Canton

Front desk guy on the night of 10/03 [check in 10/03 check out 10/04] Jake from state farm. Made my entire stay worth it. Right off the rip, he was attentive and fun! Would come back just because of jokes wonderful hospitality!

Older building could use some minor cosmetic repairs. Hot tub and pool are small and come well-stocked with towels. Rooms are nice sizes and clean. Staff are very friendly! Liked the USB ports on the nightstand. Fairly noise-free!

Rodney was the absolute best concierge I have ever worked with. He made sure that I was able to have the best experience during my stay no matter what! I cannot express how grateful I am for him and how much he went above and beyond. I cannot recommend him or this hotel enough. 10/10 service. Please give this man a raise!!

We stayed here last weekend and we had a comfortable stay. The negatives would be, no microwave and no refrigerator in the rooms. The place has pool, fitness rooms etc. and 24/7 coffee , which are great. The best thing is the staffs. Everybody were kind and courteous. Especially the staff at the breakfast buffet was very kind and very caring. She took great efforts to make sure we are satisfied. I have stayed in few hotels in US, but here is where we found true hospitality. This made me overlook all the negatives.

Their free breakfast was pretty darn good.The rooms will clean.The service was great.The staff was awesome.My only complaint is It's a smoke free Hotel in the hallways stunk of pot, Don't get me wrong.I'm not anti marijuana , but I had young kids with me and they didn't need to be Exposed to that. And apparently everybody that works.There is either used to ignore it when I asked if they could smell it.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites one night this week on a trip. It was easy to get to shopping, restaurants as well as the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Downtown Canton was easy to get to as well for the first ladies exhibit. The halls and rooms were very clean, they were in the process of renovating bathrooms so there was a little noise down the hall, but not at night. They had a very delicious breakfast, and the area was kept very clean. We like to go towards the end of breakfast time because sleeping is important! The whole area was very clean because someone had cleaned up during the breakfast hours. Apple filled pancakes, Southwestern omelettes with extra fixings, they even took the time to wrap the muffins and bread individually to keep them fresh. They also had a delicious looking Yogurt bar with eight different fresh toppings. Nuts, apricots, Craisins also. We were very impressed.

Hotel going thru some room remodels but other then that overall experience was great quiet hotel comfy rooms, wifi works pretty good

This place is excellently located near the highway and medical marijuana dispensary. The wind can get wicked on that hill, but the rural views are amazing. Yeah, the views are mixed with commercial and highway, but it’s all about where you put your focus. Where your thought goes, your energy flows. Speaking of which, Sherry is rocking it in the kitchen! Every time I stay here, she is there, warm and friendly, efficient as hell, running circles around the younger folks- not that they’re bad! She’s just that good. Sherry makes sure you’re not only fed well, but that you feel special and loved, like family. The term “personable” is an understatement. Her energy exudes positivity and joy! The front staff is quick and efficient, also. The rooms are comfortable. Multiple rooms have defects in the tv screens (showing a very light spot). It’s just an small annoyance. It’s always been quiet when I’ve stayed here. It’s my home away from home hotel!
